Passover Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup matzo meal
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 cup farfel
• 6 oz chocolate chips for Passover
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup Mother's margarine melted

Directions

1. chocolate chip cookies combine matzo meal, sugar, farfel, chocolate chips, nuts.
2. Beat eggs with melted margarine, pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
3. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet 1" apart.
4. Bake at 350 °F for 20 min.
