Decadent Chocolate Truffles

Description

Makes about 36 truffles.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cream butter in large bowl.
  2. Combine confectioner's sugar and cocoa.
  3. Add alternately with cream, coffee liqueur and vanilla to butter.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Chill until firm.
  6. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  7. Roll in semi-sweet chocolate until coated.
  8. Chill until firm.

Notes

  1. May substitute 1 tablespoon chocolate extract
