Mango Raspberry Delight

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel and cut the flesh into slices and place mangoes in a bowl. Sprinkle with sugar.
  2. Add framboise and chill.
  3. Just before serving: slice pound cake and place on dessert plates.
  4. Top with the mango mixture.
  5. Top this with a dollop of whipped cream and a handful of fresh raspberries.
