Bacon Cheese Ball

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Bailey Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1989. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]
Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 4 ounce package buttermilk-style salad dressing
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 10 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
Directions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth then blend in mayonnaise and stir in salad dressing mix, chopped green onions and crumbled bacon.
- Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
- Shape into a ball and serve with crackers.
