Description
Ingredients
1 tbl virgin
olive oil
2 tbl fresh
rosemary
2 tbl fresh
sage
sliced
2 tsp fresh
oregano
1 tsp fresh
lime
thyme
1/2 tsp kosher or
sea salt
1 tsp cracked
pepper
1 x
yam
peeled and cut in chunks
1 x
sweet potato
peeled and cut in chunks
Directions
Pour
oil
into a large baking pan and swirl to cover bottom. Arrange herbs over
oil
, sprinkle with half the
salt
and
pepper
.
Arrange
yam
and
sweet potato
chunks on top, sprinkle with remaining
salt
and
pepper
and bake at 350 degrees until soft (35–40 minutes).
