Passover orange walnut cake

Ingredients

• 5 eggs
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 cup of oil
• 1 cup of matzah meal
• orange extract
• 1 cup of ground walnuts

Procedure

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat eggs and add sugar, mix.
3. Mix in oil and add matzah meal.
4. Add walnuts and mix.
5. Add orange extract generously and mix.
6. Pour into 9-inch cake pan.
7. Cook 30 to 40 minutes.
