Salad dressings are condiments used on salad. This is a basic recipe for Balsamic Vinaigrette:
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (preferably aged and/or Italian)
- 1 cup Italian olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- Few grinds black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic (optional)
Procedure
- Mix with a wire whisk until well combined.
