Ingredients
- thick curd
- raw carrot
- ginger
- green chili
- onion
- red chili powder
- nuts
Directions
- All the vegetables are made to thin slices using a vegetable slicer.
- Thick curd is mixed with the vegetables.
- Salt and red chili powder is added in desired amount.
- After mixing well, nuts made into small pieces are added.
- Now curdmix is ready.
- Serve it with chapatis.
