Meatball - Appetizers

Description

This is a wonderful little appetizer we serve after Christmas Midnight Mass in our house.




Ingredients

  • 1 lb minced Ham
  • 1 lb ground Pork
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Sauce


Directions

  • Meatballs: Mix all ingredients and form into 1" meatballs.
  • Sauce: Mix well and pour over meatballs.
  • Bake at 325 F.
  • for 1 hour.
  • Baste frequently.
