Description
In Romanian: Gulas de uger
Ingredients
1¾ lbs / 750 g
udder
½ tablespoon
flour
1
onion
2 – 3 tablespoons
lard
butter
or
oil
1 tablespoon
tomato paste
pepper
,
salt
Directions
Wash and cube the udder, fry slightly in a pan with
shortening
and finely chopped
onion
, add
flour
, mix well and cover with warm
water
.
Cover and simmer for ½ hour.
Add
tomato
paste,
salt
,
pepper
and let simmer until the sauce thickens.
Serve with hot mashed or boiled
potatoes
.
