Banana Chutney

Description
Ingredients
- 2 lb bananas
- 1 lb Raisins
- 2 oz garlic
- 2 oz red chillies
- 4 quarts brown vinegar
- 1 lb brown sugar
- 6 oz salt
- 8 oz ground ginger
Directions
1. Chop finely the bananas, Raisins, garlic and chillies.
2. Boil with vinegar until cooked.
3. Add Sugar, salt and ginger, boil up again for 10 minutes, them bottle.
