Ingredients

½ cup apricot nectar or other natural fruit purée
3 tablespoons walnut or hazelnut oil
1 tablespoon Pommerey-style mustard with the seeds
2 tablespoons boiling water

Directions

Place the apricot nectar, oil, and mustard in a blender or mini food processor.
Blend at high speed for 10 seconds.
Season, add the boiling water then blend to emulsify the dressing==References==
