Description

Ingredients

  • Soft cheese, cubed
  • Evaporated milk
  • 2 small jalapeno (optional)
  • diced tomato and onion, previously sauteed (optional)

Directions

  1. In blender, mix all ingredients. Add evaporated milk little by little.

Keep adding milk until your desired consistency is achieved. It all depends on one's personal taste buds!!

  1. Serve with fried tortillas or crackers.
