Ginger Drops

Ingredients

• 1 cup light brown sugar
• ⅔ cup butter
• ½ cup cold water
• 1 egg
• ⅔ cup molasses
• 1 large tablespoon ginger
• 1 large teaspoon baking soda
• enough Gold Medal flour to make thick batter

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together, adjusting the amount of flour to make a thick batter.
2. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a well greased pan, bake in moderate oven.
3. These are very nice if properly made.
