- Pernil (pork leg)
- Swiss cheese

- Yellow deli mustard
- Onions
- Bread roll or hero
- Lettuce
- Mayonnaise
- Dill pickle
- Spanish sausage (chorizo) (optional)
Procedure
- Prepare as a normal sandwich.

- Can be toasted.
