RICE BREAD

Description
Ingredients
- 4 cups of cream of rice
- 4 cups of mashed ripe banana
- 8 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ tablespoons soda mixed with 1 teaspoon lime juice
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
Procedures
- Mix ingredients in order given.
- Pour mixture into well greased baking pan.
- Bake at 400◦ until done and nicely browned.
