Red Beans and Rice IV

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ⅛ tbsp cayenne
- ⅛ tbsp chili powder
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- ⅓ cup diced onion
- ⅛ tbsp cumin
- 2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
- 2 cups cooked red beans
Procedures
- In a large pan, sauté garlic and onion with seasonings.
- Add rice, beans and ham; cook over medium heat.
- Stir in approximately ¼ cup water or liquid from beans.
- Cook until heated through.
