Nut Macaroons

Ingredients
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups pecans, chopped fine
- pinch of salt
Procedures
- First beat whites of egg until stiff and add the sugar and salt while beating.
- Fold in carefully the chopped nuts.
- Drop from spoon on a greased pastry sheet, and bake in moderate oven until light brown.
