Walnut Cheese Spread

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Williams Estate in Tyler, Texas in 1994. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"

Ingredients

• 3 ounces cream cheese softened
• ½ cup walnuts coarsely chopped
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons green onions finely chopped
• 1 dash garlic powder

Procedures

1. In small bowl stir cream cheese until smooth then stir in walnuts,lemon juice, green onions and garlic powder.
2. Serve with whole wheat or pumpernickel party bread.
