Ingredients
2 lbs of
sweet potatoes
4
cinnamon
sticks
1 tablespoon
cloves
1½ cup of
sugar
1½ cups of whole
milk
1 teaspoon of
salt
½ cup of
butter
½ finely chopped
coconut
flesh
1 teaspoon of grated
ginger root
.
1 teaspoon of
cinnamon
powder
½ teaspoon
nutmeg
powder
Procedures
Mix all the ingredients.
Pour the mixture into the baking pan and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
Pinch with a clean knife, if it doesn't stick to the knife, take out of the oven.
Let cool before taking out of the pan.
Serve as dessert or accompanying hot
cocoa
or
coffee
