UNICEF Snowflake Cocktail

Ingredients

• white sugar crystals
• 2 cups store bought eggnog, chilled
• ½ cup brandy, (Christian Brothers)
• ½ cup amaretto di Saronno
• ½ cup vanilla ice cream
• 1 tbsp ground nutmeg
• pumpkin pie spice, for garnish

Procedures

1. Rim martini glasses with sugar crystals.
2. Combine eggnog, brandy, amaretto, ice cram, and nutmeg in a blender; blend until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses.
4. Garnish each cocktail with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice.
