Procedures

  1. Mix cornstarch and sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Beat egg in a separate bowl.
  3. Add, with milk to cornstarch and sugar mixture.
  4. Cook and stir, over medium heat, until mixture is smooth and thickened.
  5. Cook for 1 minute.
  6. Blend in butter and vanilla. Cool.
