Garlic Bread

Description

Garlic Bread [1] [2] is a simple and delicious side.

Ingredients

  • 1 day old loaf Tuscan bread, cut into 1" thick slices
  • 1 or 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and left whole
  • 1/4 - 1/3 cup (or less) extra virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt

Procedure

  1. Toast the bread to achieve lightly browned bread slices.
  2. Rub the garlic on the toast.
  3. Place bread on serving plate and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle salt over all to taste.
