Makes 6 servings.

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Combine rice, celery, olives, pickles, salt and pepper.
  2. Add tuna to rice mixture; toss lightly.
  3. Cool.
  4. Spoon into serving dishes.
  5. Blend mayonnaise, chili sauce and lemon juice; pour over individual salads.
  6. Garnish with capers and sliced , if desired.
