Description
Green Mojo Sauce. This is a thin sauce for fish. No two recipes are the same for mojo sauces but this is fairly typical.
Ingredients
- olive oil
- wine vinegar
- green pepper
- garlic
- finely chopped parsley
- finely chopped coriander leaves
- (avocado if you want a creamier sauce)
Procedures
- Pound together in a mortar.
