Ingredients
⅔ cup
chili sauce
1½ tbsp
salad oil

onion
chopped
2 cups shredded and cooked
chicken

jalapeno
minced
Procedures
Heat the
oil
in a pan and sauté the
onion
until soft.
Then stir in the shredded
chicken
, jalapenos and enchilada sauce.
Simmer uncovered on low heat, stirring occasionally for a few minutes.
Can be used as a filling for enchiladas or tortillas.
