Ingredients
- 4 cups brussel sprouts, stems trimmed
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Procedures
- Steam brussel sprouts, whole, for 8–10 minutes, until tender but not soggy. Remove from heat and toss in the balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper.
Serve hot.
