Sweet Cornbread

Ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup butter (225grams)
• ½ cup Sugar (100grams)
• 1 cup flour (100 grams)
• ½ teaspoons salt
• 2 cups corn meal
• 3 teaspoons baking powder

Procedures

1. cream together butter and Sugar, add eggs.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Add ½ of flour-corn meal mixture and mix well.
4. Add ½ cup milk and mix well. Add balance flour-corn meal mixture and milk and blend well.
5. Bake at 350◦.
6. Serve hot with butter or liver gravy.
