Procedures

  1. In a small bowl, thoroughly blend together the oil, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, scallions, pimento, sesame seeds and garlic.
  2. Place bean sprouts in a large wooden salad bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the bean sprouts; toss gently.
  4. Chill thoroughly for approximately one hour.
  5. Serve on individual chilled salad plates.
