Summer Fruit Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh berries or summer fruit such as peaches, nectarines, or apricots, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 3 Tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
- ½ cup orange juice
Procedures
- Melt butter in saucepan and add remaining ingredients.
- Cook over low heat until fruit is soft. (If fresh fruit is not available, frozen berries or fruit can be substituted.)
