Chicken stuffed with mushrooms, raisins and prunes

  1. The day before cooking put the mushrooms, raisins and prunes into the water and let stay for a day.
  2. Rub the hen with salt and pepper outside and inside and with butter inside.
  3. Boil the rice and then mix it with prunes, mushrooms and raisins.
  4. Stuff the hen with the mixture and bake it the open heat for 50 minutes.
