Description

  1. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
  2. Cut licorice into small pieces.
  3. Use your hands to flatten each caramel into a small oval.
  4. Press bits of licorice onto 12 of the flattened caramels to make legs.
  5. Top each with a second caramel and press edges to seal.
  6. Put on prepared baking sheet.
  7. Put chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
  8. Microwave on high 1 minute.
  9. Stir and then microwave on high 1 minute longer.
  10. Remove from oven and stir until melted.
  11. Spoon melted chocolate over each candy.
  12. Decorate with nuts and candy.
