Ingredients

3 California avocados
½ Cup parsley, chopped
1/3 Cups red onion, finely chopped
1/3 Cups Sweet pickle relish

Procedures

METHOD

Mash avocados. Stir in parsley, Onion, and relish.

Chill 1 hour to marry flavors.
