Procedures

  1. Combine evaporated milk and sugar replacement.
  2. Beat well until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add whole milk and vanilla extract; beat well.
  4. Add eggs; beat eggs into milk mixture vigorously.
  5. Pour into ice cream maker.
  6. Freeze according to manufacturer"s directions.
