Dutch Potato Soup

Description

A thick vast potato soup. Very good during the winter.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pare and cut each Potato in 6 pieces.
  2. Cook in salted water to cover until tender; do not drain.
  3. Blend butter, flour, egg and milk.
  4. Add gradually to hot potato water.
  5. Heat again til boiling, remove from heat, add vinegar.
  6. Serve in soup plates containing chopped fried bacon.
  7. Garnish with parsley
