Description

Mango Ice Cream

Mango ice cream is a dessert that can be served with mint.

Ingredients

4 ripe mangoes
½ – 1 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp gelatin
1½ cups heavy cream

Garnish

mango slices
fresh mint

Procedures

Prepare the fruits, place them in a bowl.
Make the cream with the other ingredients as sugar, lemon juice and gelatin.
Freeze the cream and add it to the fruits.
