Mild Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded green mango
- 1 cup lightly mashed avocado
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- ½ cup diced green onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp coriander seed
- 1 tsp minced cilantro
Procedures
- Combine all ingredients and chill.
- Serve with beef, poultry, seafood or Mexican food.
