Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Mix ground goat meat, crumbs, onion, milk, egg, and next 4 seasonings.
  2. Gently shape into 1 inch balls.
  3. Melt shortening in large skillet; brown meatballs.
  4. Remove meatballs from skillet; drain.
  5. Serve with dips.
