Ingredients
- 1½ oz light rum
- 3 oz La Preferida® cream of coconut
- 6 oz pineapple juice
- 1 frozen ripe banana
Procedures
- Fill blender about ¼ full with ice.
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend to a smooth consistency.
- Serve in either a hurricane glass or a tall glass or goblet.
- Garnish with a pineapple spear is optional.
