Apricot Couscous II

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 2 oz Apricots, dried, finely
- -chopped
- 1 tsp Margarine, nondairy
- 1/3 tsp Cardamom
- 1 cup Couscous
Procedures
1 Combine water, Apricots, Margarine and Cardamom in 1 quart casserole dish.
2 Cover.
3 Microwave on high for 4 minutes, or until water reaches full boil.
4 Add couscous.
5 Cover.
6 Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
7 Serves 5
