beets
(or equivalent in fresh cooked and sliced)
2 tbsp
vinegar
salt
and
pepper

thinly sliced
Directions
Place in large flat bowl with cooking liquid.
Add 2 tbsp
vinegar

salt
and
pepper
.

Mix together let set in frig a few hours (can be made ahead and put in canning jar)
Use within a week.
