Sometimes, that is not the situation. I've seen business owners allocate too much personal hard work into their businesses. They get home after midnight and find themselves purely reduced. They look in the mirror and say, "I couldn't know it is the this hard," or "I did not finish a few things i wanted to complete today." I have come across them at parties and asked that they were enjoying. They respond with war stories about work, being tired, or not having the amount of time. Some of these were Christmas parties, birthday parties, and Fourth of july parties. They're still recuperating from work or thinking about work even at these obviously social events. They're still "at work" despite the fact that they are physically in a different place. These are classic symptoms of burnout. Don't fall into this capture method.
