Quick Breakfast Drink

Description

Date and Source unknown. This is yummy. I make it on a very regular basis.

Ingredients

• 1 small carton vanilla yogurt
• 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
• 1/8-cup water
• 2 small bananas peeled
• 2 tablespoons wheat germ

Directions

1. Put all ingredients in blender.
2. Beat until smooth.
