Boiled Potatoes With Pickles

Ingredients

• 250 g potatoes boiled
• 80 g pickled cucumbers (sauerkraut)
• 60 g onion
• 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs
• natural mayonnaise

Directions

1. Cut potatoes in small cubes, add finely chopped pickled cucumbers chopped egg onion.
2. Add salt to taste and dress with mayo.
