Horseradish beet relish

Ingredients

• 1 lb of whole or sliced beets, cooked
• ½ jar ground horseradish (2 oz or so)

Directions

1. Put into blender
2. Process till ground up finely
3. You can add vinegar but the prepared horseradish usually has enough
4. Put into clean jar
5. Let set in frig for a week before using.
