Six Hour Root Beer

Ingredients

  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp root beer extract
  • 1 scant tsp yeast

Directions

  1. Put ingredients in a gallon jug with about a quart of very warm water.
  2. Stir until ingredients are well mixed.
  3. Finish filling the jug with warm water.
  4. Let stand six hours (just lay the lid on top, do not screw on).
  5. At the end of the six hours, screw lid on and refrigerate.
