Spiceman Mango Salsa

Description

Excellent with grilled chicken

Ingredients

• 2-3 mangoes, cubed
• 1 sweet red bell pepper, diced
• 1 small Bermuda onion, diced fine
• ½ cup cilantro leaves
• drizzle virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp hot pepper flakes
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
