Ingredients
1 cup
sugar
4 cups
milk
1 cup finely-grated
figs
cinnamon
Directions
Stir
sugar
in
milk
, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Add
figs
slowly, stirring continuously.
Pour into earthenware serving bowls and bake in moderate oven (350°F) for 10 minutes.
Chill and sprinkle with
cinnamon
.
Serve cold.
