Source: My old recipes
Serves 8

Ingredients

1 cup dry white wine
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup brandy
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cups whipping cream

Directions

Mix wine, sugar, brandy and lemon juice.
Stir to dissolve sugar.
Add cream.
Whip to soft peaks.
Spoon into dessert glasses.
