Avocado Shrimp

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix vinegar with the sherry and oil.
  2. Chop the dill fine.
  3. Add garlic, the onions, chiles and half of dill.
  4. Season the dressing to taste with pepper and salt.
  5. Add the cooked shrimp and let marinate for 20 minutes.
  6. Mix the mayonnaise into the dressing.
  7. Fill avocado halves with the shrimp and garnish them with remaining dill.
